Simul Enterprise is a packaged version of the Simul Documents software which can be installed and configured to run on private networks.

Differences between cloud and enterprise editions

The end user’s experience will be very similar on both editions. The major difference is that you gain control over the storage of your documents, security, backup procedures and privacy controls. Simul Enterprise adds several integrations features to Simul Documents including:

• navigate_next Active Directory authentication
• navigate_next Document storage using existing file shares
• navigate_next Control over user on-boarding and sharing

Licensing

Simul is licenced in blocks of 10 seats. Users who require contribute access to Simul will need to be assigned to a seat. Seats can be swapped between users at any time. Unlicenced users can still access Simul but can only read / download documents.

Getting Started

Simul Enterprise is hosted on your organisation’s existing infrastructure. We recommend you review our minimum requirements and installation procedures with your systems administrators and take the following steps:

• navigate_next Sign up for your free 60-day trial and work with your IT support services to install Simul
