It's possible that Simul's installer can't communicate with Docker to provision our services.
If this is the case, Simul's installer will show an error screen as follows:
The most common cause of this is that the Docker Windows Service is not running. Before contacting Simul Support, please check the following:
Simul's installer and all of its components write diagnostic logs. By default, the logs are written to %ProgramData%\Simul\logs (this is usually C:\ProgramData\Simul\logs).
In the event of an unexpected error, these logs will include any error messages. Your system administrators should review these logs to determine the cause of the issue. In the event the issue is with Simul's software, these logs should be included when communicating with Simul Support.
